Party of Four grew from our own experience owning and operating vacation rentals in Central Kentucky.

What started as an investment became something we genuinely enjoyed: creating stays people remember, building systems that make hosting easier, and making thoughtful decisions about the property behind it.

Today, we use what we’ve learned to help other owners do the same.

HOW IT STARTED

We started with our own.

Managing our own rentals taught us that great hospitality and smart ownership go hand in hand.

The guest experience matters. So do pricing, operating costs, property improvements and the long-term goals behind the investment.

That balance became the foundation for Party of Four Management.

Hi, we're Jenny & Zach.

We’re the husband-and-wife team behind Party of Four—and the “four” comes from our own family of four.

We bring different strengths to the business, but share the same mindset: care for the property, create a stay guests value, and make decisions with the owner’s goals in mind.

Jenny Taylor
Strategy & Operations
Jenny brings a background in operations, finance and business leadership to property strategy, performance and the systems behind a well-run rental.

Zach Taylor
Property & Operations
Zach brings the hands-on property perspective, with a focus on readiness, maintenance, improvements and the details that keep a home working well for guests.
